The floor of the shop was looking rather rough (and, to be honest, hazardous) lately, so over our summer break, we tore it out and laid a new floor. The brick walls of our building have notches built into them to hold floor beams, so we laid a new set of beams and particle board flooring on top. Then we painting the new flooring and rearranged the shop benches. Check out the photo gallery to see before and after.

During the deconstruction, we saved as much of the original wood floor panels as possible, so if you’re interested in having a piece of shop history or materials to lay your own reclaimed floor, please contact us.
